Definitions
In these Terms, "Company", "we", "us" or "our" means Wisen IT Solutions; "you", "learner" or "participant" means any person who enrols in or uses our services; "Course" means a standard scheduled JavaScript training program; "Specialized Training" means a customized or corporate program; and "Website" means javascripttrainingcourses.com.

By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services. These Terms are effective from the last-updated date shown above.
About Wisen IT Solutions
Wisen IT Solutions is an AI-enabled training institute based in Chennai, India, providing JavaScript training and related educational services for individuals, professionals and organizations.
Eligibility and enrolment process
You must provide accurate and complete information while enrolling. Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation. Some programs may have eligibility criteria that must be met before enrolment.
Training programs and services
We offer live online, classroom and corporate training programs. Program details, syllabus and schedules are provided for informational purposes and may be updated from time to time. A Course refers to a standard scheduled program; Specialized Training refers to customized or corporate programs.
Fees, payments and invoicing
Fees must be paid in full as per the selected program and payment terms before the program begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes; GST is charged as per Indian law. A GST invoice is issued for every payment. All fees are non-transferable to another person unless expressly stated otherwise.
Batch scheduling, rescheduling and transfer
Batch dates and timings are communicated at the time of enrolment. We may reschedule sessions due to operational reasons with prior notice. A learner may request a one-time transfer to a later batch subject to seat availability and any applicable transfer terms.
Attendance requirements
Learners are expected to attend sessions regularly and punctually. A minimum attendance level, as communicated for each program, may be required to be eligible for a certificate. We are not responsible for missed sessions due to learner absence.
Certificate issuance
A certificate of completion is issued only to learners who meet the required attendance, complete the prescribed assessments or projects, and have cleared all dues. Certificates certify participation and completion and are not a guarantee of skill level or employment.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it for detailed terms, timelines and eligibility.
Intellectual property
All course content, materials, videos, recordings, datasets and resources are the intellectual property of Wisen IT Solutions and are provided solely for your personal learning. They may not be copied, recorded, shared, resold or distributed without our written permission.
Code of conduct
Learners must behave respectfully towards trainers and fellow participants, refrain from disruptive, abusive or unlawful behaviour, and must not share login credentials or session access. Violation may result in suspension or removal without refund.
AI tool usage
Our training encourages responsible use of AI tools as an aid to learning, in line with our principle: Think with AI. Don't Depend on AI. You remain responsible for verifying AI-generated output and for using such tools ethically and in compliance with applicable rules.
No guarantee of employment
Our programs are educational in nature. We do not guarantee employment, placement, internship, salary or any specific career outcome. Any career-support activities are provided on a best-effort basis only.
Data protection and privacy
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection law. By enrolling, you consent to such processing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant program.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, power or internet failure, or other force majeure events.
Termination and suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for misuse, non-payment, violation of these Terms or any unlawful activity, with or without notice and without refund in cases of breach.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version, with its updated date, will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
